DELIVERY

Orders are usually shipped within 10 business days. The “ships on” date is a general guideline. We will do our best to accommodate rush deliveries if you email us at aerosmith@donnadistefano.com. Please advise us of your preferred delivery date if your item is for an event or a gift and we will give you an approximate date of delivery specific to your order.  

Custom orders and poison rings may take 4 to 6 weeks. Special commissions may take longer. email us at aerosmith@donnadistefano.com .  for special requests.

We believe that jewelry is not just metal and gemstones but a symbol of our deepest felt emotions. We create our jewelry with great care, and it is our goal to exceed the expectations of our customers. Your Aerosmith x Distefano fine jewel is a limited edition part of Aerosmith history. Your piece will arrive in a branded gift box with a certificate of authenticity. Specific styles will be engraved with a unique number. Our limited editions are made by hand and may show the artist’s hand and workmanship. No two pieces are exactly alike. For this reason, you may see subtle details that differ from the photo online. This very aspect is what makes your jewel even more unique and valuable. Aerosmith x Distefano jewels are created with the highest standards in design, materials, and craftsmanship. Each piece of jewelry is crafted to last for a lifetime and to be passed down for generations.

RING SIZING

Your ring will be custom made to fit your finger. We will guide you on how to size your fingers, and we can provide you with a ring sizer that matches our sizing tools in the atelier. We recommend that you confirm your ring size prior to placing your order online. Your ring purchase includes one free re-size, within one size, within the first 30 days of purchase.

RETURN AND REPAIR POLICY

All limited edition pieces, custom orders, and bespoke orders are final. There are no cash refunds or exchange credits due to the custom crafting of the individual work. If you are hesitant or have any questions, please contact us to schedule a style consultation before placing your order. We stand behind the craftsmanship of our pieces. If there’s ever a problem related to the workmanship of your jewel, we’ll fix it. If a piece shipped to you is damaged in transit, you must email us with an image and your concern within 7 days of receipt. All repairs and alterations must be done by Donna Distefano Ltd. We are not responsible if pieces have been adjusted, repaired, or refinished by an outside party. We will help you in preparing your repair shipment, supplying you with a return authorization number (RA#) to write on the outside of your package. We cannot accept any returns without a return authorization number. We advise you to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. We will happily make any other adjustments for a reasonable fee. Kindly note that shipping, sizing, or adjustment costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Kindly note, Donna Distefano x Aerosmith retains rights to all designs.

APPRAISAL & CERTIFICATION SERVICES

All jewelry with diamonds over 1.0 carat or rare gemstones sold by Donna Distefano x Aerosmith can be certified for authenticity through the Gemological Institute of America and the American Gem Trade Association. For clients who enjoy the peace of mind that certification provides, Distefano is able to provide this service. ***
